The eBiz Design Process

So just where do you start in building a website, or getting your marketing plans off the ground and working successfully?

So what do we do? Well its quite simple but very sensible!

We think of each project as something very individual and personal to you and your company, we simply couldnt and wouldnt just guess and hope, so obviously we need to get to know each other a little bit better!!

Usually we would plan to meet with a client at their premesis to get a feel for the buisness, current activities, ethos, objectives, unique selling point (USP) and goals.
We can then discuss the various options and services we can supply, and also make suggestions for improvments to the original requirements.

If we understand in detail what is required, we can ultimately deliver.

Once we have all we require,  this is all taken back to our office to work out a detailed plan.
This "execution brief " will outline to the client how we intend to complete the project, if and how this will be broken into stages, the timescales and dates for each stage and also the quotation (last but not least!).

Once the client agrees the Execution brief and quotation, we can then begin.

Its pretty simple, but not something that most companies care to take the time to do,
and quite often where initially cheap prices seems to steadily climb over the original agreement.

We know you can find millions of websites and companies offering cheap sites, templates and shops for what seems very little money, but unfortunately this is where things go so badly wrong leaving people thinking, "The web doesnt work for my business".

Its pretty easy to stumble into this pricing honey trap, end up getting something you didnt expect, or rather lacking in your requirements and commercial business output.

Quite simply a little time taken to plan and create a breif or specification agreed between us,
and a little money invested in taking things seriously,  saves pains and brings gains in the
longer term.

Super Budget websites in important business applications, are simply a false economy.
